Dr. Brett Veltman is a licensed clinical psychologist in California (PSY 21684).  He obtained his doctorate in clinical psychology and a master's degree in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, an APA accredited program, in Pasadena, CA.  He earned his undergraduate degrees in psychology and business, as well as a minor in English, from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI.

He has worked as a clinical faculty member at Fuller Gradute School of Psycholgy where he has trained doctoral level clinical psychology graduate students; this has included being resposible for the clinical training for the first year doctoral students in clinical psychology at Fuller.  He regularly provides supervision to clinical psychology students and graduates at all levels of training.  He has also been an adjunct professor in the graduate clinical psychology program at Azusa Pacific University. 

Additionally, Dr. Veltman has worked with best-selling authors Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend at the Cloud-Townsend Clinic in Newport Beach, CA.  He also works with Steve Arterburn’s New Life Ministries as a counselor during the New Life Weekend and Marriage Solution Weekends. 

He previously servied on the Board of Directors of the San Gabriel Valley Psychological Association, the local chapter of the California Psychological Association.

He and his wife and their daughters live in Southern California.
